Refund Policy

At Jasper Exterior Solutions, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area at no extra charge.

Refunds are not offered for completed services unless there is clear evidence of property damage or failure to deliver the agreed service.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If a deposit is required to book your service, it is non-refundable once confirmed.
