We are a local, family owned business from St. James, Missouri. From the vision you have of what your home can be, to our vision of how to make it happen, we're always looking between what's ahead and what's right in front of us. Now let's take a second to look back on how we got here.
Our Story
My name is Gavin Jasper. In March of 2011 my wife Ashley and I started dating, and in September of 2012 we got married. From the start, our goal was to buy a house, have a couple kids, and have her be able to stay at home with the kids while I brought in our income.
Fast Forward to 2017 and we bought our family home. Step one of the dream, done. Skip again to 2021, we have our first child, a daughter. One more jump to December 2024, we find out we are having another baby, a son this time! Now we have one of each, but Ashley is still working part time, even though throughout the years I've switched jobs several times, always trying to improve our financial situation.
March 2025: I'm growing dissatisfied with never getting ahead and talking about it regularly with my wife. One day she sends me a message telling me about a real estate job that guarantees $100,000 in your first year. That's it, I've found it. I found our ticket to financial freedom. So I put in my notice at work and study to become a Realtor. I become a realtor, and very quickly we both realized we didn't like the way life was going to go in real-estate.
Ashley brings up my experience in pressure washing, and the fact that I had considered starting my own pressure washing business back in 2022. We both agreed that we would go all in and give it a shot. I left work that day from real-estate and haven't looked back since.
The next step for us is to make this business successful enough to let her be a stay at home mom. We take great pride in what we do, and we can't wait to share in the excitement with you as we get your home looking next to new, and we get one step closer to making our dreams a reality.
